Unmatched light gauge rollforming machine.

The SEAMER 1.0 rollforming machine has 5 forming stations with 2 forming positions. One inboard forming position forms the Pittsburgh lock and one auxiliary or outboard forming position has the capability of forming 1 of 3 different profiles depending on which auxiliary roll set is ordered.

An optional Auto-Guide Power Flanger attachment is available – automatically follows any edge, straight or irregular, while forming a 7/32” (5.5 mm) outside flange height.

Forms Pittsburgh lock profile and right-angled flange.
Handles radii down to 3-1/4″ (82.5 mm).
Lock out automatic feature to run radii down to 1-3/8″ (35 mm) at speeds of 15 – 18 fpm (5 – 6 m/min).

Standard with JAG quality construction, this machine has high precision needle-type bearings; an industrial motor; heavy 3/4”(19 mm) chassis plate; case-hardened and ground roll shafts; and an arc-welded steel stand protected with top-quality primer and paint finish.
